WORK is an immersive theatrical performance inspired by many years of being an artist working various day jobs. It explores the absurd and inescapable nature of employment, the things we say and do, and the parts of ourselves we abandon in order to become and remain employed.
Masked workers will lead audiences through studios, dressing rooms and corridors on a whistle-stop tour of the CV and psyche of one disenfranchised worker, who never quite seems to fit in.
Audience Feedback:
‘Hilarious observational comedy about the world of work.’
‘Brave, experimental, pertinent, funny…this is the kind of work I want to see.’
‘Hilarious! An absolute must-see. Brilliant writing and amazing performances.’
