Help more Deaf people discover what you do

Deaf Where? brings Deaf, BSL and accessible events together in one place. We offer a small number of clearly labelled ways for organisers, venues and suitable partners to reach people who visit specifically to discover events.

Standard event listings remain free

Payment never affects whether an event is accepted. Paid services provide additional, clearly labelled visibility after an event has passed the normal submission and editorial checks.

Choose the level that fits

These are introductory options while Deaf Where? develops its commercial services. Availability is limited, and anything bespoke will be agreed in writing before payment.

Featured Event

Extra homepage visibility for one approved event, clearly marked as featured.

ยฃ29

Best for one event that needs an additional push before its date.

Featured Event + Sunday newsletter

Homepage visibility plus a clearly labelled spotlight in one agreed Sunday newsletter.

ยฃ79

Best when the event date and newsletter schedule allow enough time for promotion.

Managed campaign

A coordinated package using agreed website, newsletter and social promotion.

From ยฃ199

Best for a programme, festival, campaign or important event with several promotional moments.

For venues with regular BSL programmes

Ongoing venue visibility

For venues that run accessible events throughout the year and want consistent visibility rather than arranging each promotion separately.

  • Promotion across an agreed group of events
  • Planned newsletter and social coverage where suitable
  • Simple reporting on the activity Deaf Where? can measure
  • Monthly or annual arrangement

From ยฃ99 per month

Small paid pilot

Test an agreed package across a small group of events before considering a longer arrangement.

  • Clear deliverables agreed in advance
  • A defined promotional period
  • Review of the available results

Typically ยฃ250 to ยฃ500

Sponsorship and larger partnerships

Suitable organisations can support free event discovery while receiving clearly identified recognition. Sponsorship does not influence editorial decisions or event rankings.

Annual sponsorship

Ongoing, clearly labelled recognition across agreed parts of Deaf Where?, with placement and reporting defined in advance.

From ยฃ2,500 per year

Bespoke partnership

A larger collaboration shaped around shared outcomes, such as event discovery, accessible audience development or a sponsored content programme.

From ยฃ7,500

Advertising placements

Relevant services, campaigns and organisations may also request clearly labelled website advertising. Placements are limited and start from ยฃ40 per month. Advertising is separate from event listings, venue packages and sponsorship.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you want to promote. Include the event, programme or organisation, relevant dates and the outcome you hope to achieve.
  2. We check relevance and availability. Not every opportunity will be suitable, and places are deliberately limited.
  3. We agree the details in writing. Deliverables, dates, price, artwork, labelling, payment and any cancellation terms are confirmed before work begins.
  4. We review what happened. Where reporting is included, Deaf Where? will share the activity it can reliably measure without overstating results.

Important information

  • Standard event listings remain free.
  • All paid promotion and sponsorship is clearly labelled.
  • Content must be relevant to the Deaf community.
  • Paid promotion does not guarantee bookings, attendance, clicks or other results.
  • Payment does not bypass the Submission Guidelines or editorial review.
  • Prices shown are starting points or introductory rates and may change as services develop.
