See, Sign, Show Training for Deaf Tour Guides

Attend a three day course and be taught by Deaf historian / Tour guide John Wilson and others.

 You will learn how to become a Tour guide at museums, galleries, palaces, castles, gardens and places of interest around the UK.  The course will be taught in British Sign Language by Deaf teachers.  

The SSS Course objective:

  • teach you how to create a link with the site;  

  • learn techniques to make a Deaf led tour;

  • know how to manage a group of Deaf visitors. 

You will need to be available for each of these dates – Friday September 4th; Friday September 25th; Friday October 16th. You will also need to be free for a short Zoom Call Interview on the morning of Friday May 29th. Find out more by sending an email to apply.
