Created by Flarewave

A powerful film showcase celebrating Deaf voices around the world โ€“ with screenings, panels, and stories that move beyond language.

Global Deaf Perspectives on Screen

Step into the world of powerful storytelling where silence speaks volumes. Reel Resonance brings together a bold selection of Deaf-led films from the UK and around the globeโ€”stories of identity, isolation, resilience, and reunion.

11am:ย The day opens with a thought-provoking panel discussion onย Activism in Film, featuring Deaf filmmakers who will share their personal journeys and how they use the screen to spark change and amplify underrepresented voices.

A poetic reflection on friendship, after four long years, three pairs of friends reunite, each hoping that time has stood still. In this fragile reunion, they must ask themselves the profound questions: โ€œWho am I, and who do the others think I am?โ€
