Escape to the Peak District: A Late Summer of Yoga, Mindfulness Walking & Wild Swimming Retreat

Who can join this retreat and what to expect?

Anyone is welcome, it’s perfect for beginners. This retreat is designed for anyone seeking wellness, relaxation and to reconnect with themselves. This is also a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and build a connection.

Daily yoga practice will energise and restore your body, with vinyasa flow sessions to awaken and evening restorative yoga to relax. Each session is designed to complement the physical benefits of wild swimming, focusing on breath work, alignment and deep relaxation.

A guided, slow-paces walk through nature design to combine gentle movement with present moment awareness. It integrates walking meditation, sensory awareness of the environment (woodlands, rivers), and gentle breathing techniques to reduce stress, improve mental focus, and deepen nature connection.

2-night package includes;

2 dinners, 2 breakfasts & 1 lunch.

All meals are included and lovingly prepared by on-site chef. All the meals will be plant-based, each meal is a chance to gather, share stories, and enjoy food made with care.

What you’ll take home

You’ll leave feeling refreshed and recharged, with practical stress-management techniques you can use every day. Plus, you’ll connect with like-minded people in a supportive, judgement-free space. Many of our guests stay in touch long after the retreat ends.
