British Sign Language Guided Tour of Apsley House

Join Alan Murray MBE for a British Sign Language (BSL) tour of Apsley House to explore the highlights of the house.

This tour is included with your general admission to Apsley House which you can book below. Members go free but will need to pre-book tickets too. Select how many tickets you need, then select the date of the tour. There will be an option to add on the BSL Tour afterwards. Please see full booking instructions below.

To reserve your place on the BSL tour, you will also need to purchase admission to Apsley House which you can book via the โ€˜Book your visit to Apsley Houseโ€™ button on the website. Select the number of tickets you need, and select your preferred tour date (Sat 3 Oct). Then select the time slot and click continue. You can then add on the BSL Tour on the next step and click โ€˜continue.โ€™ If you are an English Heritage Member, you will need to pre-book your free admission online via the button above, navigate to โ€˜Member log in.โ€™, input your membership reference number and follow the same steps.

Meeting Point: outside the main entrance of Apsley House The What 3 Words address is https://what3words.com/foil.wiring.keeps. The closest tube station is Hyde Park Corner.

This tour is not step-free. There are 5 steps into the building and 8 steps to a lift, which can take you to the first floor (avoiding the staircase).

Toilets: There are toilets available but there is no accessible toilet.

Parking: there is very limited parking on site for blue badge holders which must be booked in advance by emailing apsleyhouse@english-heritage.org.uk. Drop off is available at the entrance and does not need to be booked.
